How to make that TastyBurp

1. Prepare the Pizza Dough:

a. In a small bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

b. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center.

c. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the well. Mix until the dough comes together.

d. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it's smooth and elastic.

e. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until it doubles in size.

2. Make the Pizza Sauce:

a. In a saucepan, heat a bit of olive oil over medium heat.

b. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.

c. Add crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

3. Assemble and Bake the Pizza:

a. Preheat your oven or pizza oven to the highest temperature it can go (usually around 500°F or 260°C).

b. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

c. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

d. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.

e. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

f. Add your desired toppings.

g. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

h. Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, fresh basil leaves, and red pepper flakes (if desired).

i. Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and enjoy that TastyBurp!
